Refund policy

At Brimve, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, instructions, and included parts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
To begin a return, contact us at support@brimve.com. Please do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, an incorrect item selection, or another reason unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Brimve will cover reasonable return or replacement costs when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Brimve.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact support@brimve.com as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or defect
We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete
- Items without their original packaging or included accessories
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Items that present a health, hygiene, or safety concern after being opened or used
This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Brimve cannot issue a refund to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be approved, including when an item:
- Is returned with signs of use
- Is missing accessories, components, or original packaging
- Has been damaged for reasons not caused by Brimve
- Is returned outside the stated return period, where an exception has been approved
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, contact us before placing another order so we can review replacement options.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact support@brimve.com immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be handled under the return terms above.
Orders Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
Contact us if the order is still missing. We will review the available tracking and delivery information. Brimve is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, although we will try to help identify an available solution.
If an order cannot be shipped or is confirmed lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment may be refunded after they are received and inspected. Original shipping costs and any return-to-sender charges may be deducted where legally permitted.
